An acclaimed editor and doc producer/director, and worked with Spike Lee on many iconic films, such as “Mo’ Better Blues” and “4 Little Girls”

Assisted on several TV shows including “Transformers: Robots in Disguise,“ and recently began editing his first show

Credits include “Scarface,” “Malcolm X,” and the “Sex and the City” television series

Mike assisted on “Grown-ish” and “Ready or Not,” and just cut his first feature, “5 South”

John Carter edited over 30 films and TV shows, and was the first African American to be inducted into American Cinema Editors.
